Ancient Entrance
This is one of the first ruin sites that I felt like I
"discovered" in the wilderness setting. Actually, a
friend found it first and then yelled down to me,
"You gotta come see this!" The ruin was in a large
alcove in Long Canyon near Sedona. The site
seemed untouched for years, and we were both
impressed by the timbers still holding the doorway
together.
