Pool of Gold
The symmetry of the Ponderosa log and the
shadow a Ponderosa on the canyon rim is what
makes this image for me. Although I was initially
drawn to the color contrast between the basalt cliffs
and the backlit water, the strong diagonals from the
trees are what tied it all together.
