Sunrise Above the Clouds
This was one of the most amazing sunrises I have
been able to witness. Upon waking, on Hurricane
Ridge in Olympic National Park, a friend and I saw
nothing but clouds. We were socked-in, this is the
norm in the Northwest, but as the sun came up the
clouds sunk down into the valleys a bit. The sun
broke through the atmosphere and all was aglow. It
was a first for me, above the clouds with the sunrise.
